please advice reception that you are expecting me.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING *

Massage & Treatments are meant for Ladies only,

unless recommended by an other client or the Hotel/B&B.

 

To book your treatment TEXT or CALL

(if therapist cannot answer the phone, 
please send a SMS message with your enquire,

and she will get back to you asap).

Choose together an agreed 
suitable date/time for your treatment.

The Therapist will organise her week schedule committing
around yours and others appointments. ... We kindly asks to advice/give at least 12/24 hours respectful notice in case the booking/appointment needs to be re-scheduled or even cancelled.


PAYMENTS *:

NEW & OCCASIONAL CLIENTS must paid in advance (through Bank Transfer) the Full Amount of their treatment to confirm their booking. 

REGULAR CLIENTS payments can be made through
Bank Transfer or Cash, either before or after the treatment.

 
* PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:

The Therapist can carry up/down stairs the massage table for max 1 floor, and only if the stairs are wide and safe to do so.

The Therapist also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in case the massage/treatment is not "suitable" and/or "safe"
for the Client or the Therapist.


Any "malicious or abusive" behaviour will not be tolerated,

in which case, any advanced payment made or deposit will be lost.
